Peachy Strong

Indoor bootcamp full body weight training, focusing on building and toning by lifting slow and heavy

Inside KO boxing gym

  • Monday 5.30am

Abs/ Booty / Thighs

Weighted lover body movements to strengthen and tone, finishes with HIIT and pilates

North Burleigh - Ed Hardy Park

  • Monday 7.00am

Cardio/Weights

Our Tuesday and Friday classes are a high intensity training circuit focused on cardio with a dash of weights

Peachy Wednesday

High intensity interval training using mostly weights with a cardio crusher to finish

North Burleigh - Ed Hardy Park

Our Thursday class is a high intensity interval training style class with a focus on weights with a cardio finisher

A high intensity interval training outdoor bootcamp using weights, cardio, body weights and resistance training

Box Fit

We run Box Fit classes out of KO Boxing Gym, pay $12 at counter

  • Monday 5.20pm

  • Wednesday 5.30am
